Ts & Cs

1. Booking Entitlement:

We, as the supplier of the Drifting Experience, facilitate the provision of the experience. Booking is essential and subject to availability. A single booking (1 seat) entitles one person to participate.

2. Operating Hours:

The Drift Experience is valid during operating hours on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only and subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the booking and no refund will be provided.

4. Rebooking Policy:

Participants are allowed one opportunity to rebook their experience for another date. Failure to rebook will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

5. All-Weather Event:

The Drift Experience takes place in all weather conditions, rain or shine.

6. Arrival Time:

Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may impact drive time and the total experience duration. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

7. No Shows:

Failure to show up for the experience will result in the forfeiture of the booking, and no refund will be provided.

8. Liability Waiver:

Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before partaking in the Drifting Experience. By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with drifting activities and release the Supplier and any involved parties from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the experience.

9. Age Policy:

The experience is strictly valid for participants/drivers aged 18 years and above, with a valid manual transmission driver’s license for self-drive experiences. Participants under 18 years old must have their parent or guardian sign an indemnity form for passenger ride experiences.

10. Total Experience Duration:

Drift Experience:

The Drift Experience is approximately a 2-hour long shared session, allowing participants to enjoy the thrills of drifting and sliding maneuvers.

Ride Along Experience:

The Passenger Ride Along experience is approximately 10-minute’s total time where participants get to ride along with a skilled driver, experiencing the adrenaline-pumping excitement of drifting. The session will be recorded with an in car GoPro camera that can be downloaded via an online link.

11. Dress Code:

Participants must dress appropriately, and closed shoes are essential. No helmets are required for the experience.

12. Safety Measures:

The Supplier prioritizes the safety of all participants. Safety guidelines and instructions provided by the professional drift instructors must be followed at all times during the experience.

13. Reckless or Dangerous Behavior:

Any reckless or dangerous participants/drivers or failure to comply with instructions will not be allowed to continue with the experience and no refund will be provided.

14. Damages:

Any damages caused to the supplier vehicles that occur as a direct result of a driver failing to take instructions will result in a “You bend, you mend” policy.

15. Non-Exchangeable:

Bookings/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher is valid for 4 months from date of purchase.

16. Photography and Videography:

Participants may be photographed or filmed during the Drifting Experience for promotional purposes. By participating in the experience, participants grant the Supplier the right to use such media for marketing and advertising purposes.

17. Personal Vehicle Usage:

Participants who bring their own vehicles to the Drifting Experience do so at their own risk. The Supplier will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur to personal vehicles during the experience.

18. Warning:

Motorsport is dangerous, and private attempts should not be made.

19. Modification of Terms:

The Supplier reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary, and any updates will be communicated to participants accordingly.

By booking and participating in The Drift Experience, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
