Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

Once the booking request is submitted, the customer will receive a Total Fee for the selected car, subject to the Owners discretion. To secure the booking, the customer will pay a 50% deposit immediately through our secure payment gateway on the website to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be due one month before the event. If deposit is not received, the vehicle will be given to the next person enquiring. Please note pricing is set by Owners and are subject to change. Please note any last minute bookings require an immediate full payment.

When booking an experience on the Experience Tab, Terms and Conditions are not the same as these.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations. However, we understand that plans may change, and customers may request a change of date for their booking. Date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original pick-up date.

3. Vehicle:

Please be aware that the cars listed on our website are not owned by Faureal Car Hire & Tours. They belong to individual car owners who have partnered with us. Faureal Car Hire & Tours acts solely as the supplier of the booking and provides the platform for customers to access a variety of cars. While we strive to provide the requested vehicle, in the unlikely event that it is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity. You will be notified accordingly. Self-drive is not permitted. If you are not happy with the alternative vehicle, a full refund will be given.All cars available for hire on our website are chauffeur-driven. The driver will be provided by the car owner or their designated representative.

4. Pick-up and Drop-off:

The client must provide accurate information regarding pick-up and drop-off locations and times. Faureal Car Hire & Tours cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Travel Time:

Although we make every effort to be punctual, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Behaviour:

The client and their guests are expected to behave safely and respectfully during the journey, refraining from engaging in any illegal activities.

7. Smoking and Alcohol:

Smoking and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

8. Damages:

The client is liable for any damages caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.

9. Liability:

Faureal Car Hire & Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client or their guests while in the vehicle.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions, as well as the relationship between Faureal Car Hire & Tours and the passenger, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The passenger consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts in the event of any claims or disputes.

11. Disclaimer:

Faureal Car Hire & Tours, its employees, agents, and associates shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience to any person or their belongings, regardless of whether it arises from the negligence of Faureal Car Hire & Tours, its employees, agents, associates, or other indirectly employed or contracted individuals.
