By registering your vehicle on our chauffeur car hiring website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vehicle Ownership:
As the car owner, you confirm that the vehicle you are listing on our website is owned by you, and you have all necessary permissions and documentation to offer it for chauffeur car hiring services.
2. Availability and Booking Requests:
Once your vehicle is listed on our platform, you agree to promptly respond to booking requests from customers and provide information on the availability of your vehicle for the specified dates.
3. Booking Confirmation and Deposit:
Upon confirming the availability of your vehicle for a booking request, you understand that the customer will be required to make an immediate 50% deposit to secure the booking. This deposit serves as a confirmation of the reservation, and you agree to hold the vehicle for the customer’s chosen dates. Clients pay the balance a month before the date.
4. Refunds and Date Changes:
You acknowledge that refunds will not be provided for customer cancellations. However, you understand that plans may change, and customers may request a change of date for their booking. Date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original pick-up date. As the car owner, you agree to accommodate date change requests if feasible. If your vehicle is not able to make the booking , an alternative vehicle must be given or the client is entitled to a full refund.
5. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance:
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is well-maintained, roadworthy, and in good condition for chauffeur car hiring services. Regular maintenance, cleanliness, and safety checks are necessary to provide a positive experience for the customers.
6. Chauffeur Services:
As the car owner, you understand that your vehicle will be provided with a professional chauffeur for the hired period. The chauffeur is responsible for driving the vehicle and ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers.
7. Customer Safety and Behavior:
You agree to provide a safe and comfortable experience for the customers during the chauffeur car hiring service. Any inappropriate or unsafe behavior from the chauffeur or passengers should be promptly reported to us.
8. Insurance and Liability:
You confirm that your vehicle is adequately insured for chauffeur car hiring services and that you will be responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from the rental period.
9. Pricing and Payment:
You have the discretion to set the rental price for your vehicle on our website. The agreed-upon rental amount will be paid to you after deducting our platform’s service fee of 20%.
10. Termination of Listing:
We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend your vehicle listing from our platform if it does not comply with our terms and conditions, or if there are any concerns about the safety or condition of the vehicle.
11. Compliance with Laws:
As the car owner, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to chauffeur car hiring services, including licensing requirements and safety standards.
12. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold our website, its owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your vehicle for chauffeur car hiring services.
Additionally, we kindly request that you manage your vehicle’s availability calendar diligently. Any private bookings outside of the bookings made through our website should be blocked off on the calendar to avoid double bookings.
By registering your vehicle on our chauffeur car hiring website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
